Information collected on this website

Your name, mobile number, optional email address, job postcode, the service required, the job description, any photographs you upload and your preferred contact method. We also record the submission time, source page, referrer and any campaign values present in the link you arrived from.

Why it is collected and the lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage any work you ask us to carry out. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of a contract where work is agreed. We do not send marketing messages and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Sharing, retention and transfers

Enquiries are handled by Treetop and the website's hosting and form-processing providers. Retention periods, access arrangements and any transfers outside the UK will be confirmed in the final published notice.

Advertising measurement

Quote enquiries record how you found the site, including the campaign, landing page and referring page. If you accept advertising cookies, we also record the advert click ID with your enquiry so Treetop can see which adverts bring enquiries. We keep your advertising choice and its notice version with the enquiry.

Only after you click Accept, Google Ads receives browser and cookie data, page information and events for saved quote requests, phone number clicks and WhatsApp clicks. This is used for advertising measurement and conversion optimisation, not personalised advertising. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, job description or photographs to Google Ads. Consent is the lawful basis for this optional tracking.
